Essential requirements
  • Previous cleaning experience preferred, but training can be provided to suitable candidates.
  • Good attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Ability to follow cleaning checklists and health and safety procedures.
  • Understanding of safe cleaning chemical use, or willingness to complete training.
  • Respect for clients' homes, businesses, property and confidentiality.
  • Legal right to work in Ireland.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional weekends, depending on bookings.

  • Previous experience in domestic, hotel, Airbnb or commercial cleaning.
  • Experience with deep cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning.
  • Knowledge of post-construction cleaning.
  • Full driving licence and access to transport, particularly for jobs in different locations.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Carrying out general domestic and commercial cleaning. 
  • Cleaning Airbnb and holiday rental properties between guest stays. Making beds, changing linen and preparing guest accommodation to a high standard.
  • Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, kitchens and communal areas.
  • Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Cleaning mirrors, windows and internal surfaces as required.
  • Performing deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning and post-construction cleaning when appropriately trained.
  • Restocking toiletries and cleaning supplies where required.
  • Following company cleaning checklists and quality standards.
  • Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
  • Reporting maintenance issues, damage or missing items to management.
  • Respecting client property, privacy and confidentiality.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and wearing Sparklean Projects branded uniform while working.
  • Working independently or alongside other team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
